Or,

A foam topper that your body melts into.

I’m torn personally on this decision.
I’m thinking about offering both but having you select your preference when scheduling so I can turn the table before your appointment… 🤔

I don't want to build a business that tells people how they SHOULD live.

I want to build a business that helps people figure out how THEY want to live.

Maybe that's running a marathon.

Maybe it's losing weight.

Maybe it's getting stronger.

Maybe it's hiking a mountain.

Maybe it's being able to garden without your back hurting.

Maybe it's simply having enough energy to keep up with your family.

Your version of wellness is yours.

My job is to give you tools, education and support along the way.

That's Peak Wellness.

And I'm just getting started. 🏔️❤️

Your body is constantly giving you information.

A tight hip.

A stiff neck.

A shoulder that doesn't move quite right.

A nagging ache.

Fatigue.

Poor recovery.

Loss of strength.

Those aren't necessarily things to simply ignore or push through.

They're information.

The more you learn to pay attention to your body, the better you can make decisions about what it needs.

Sometimes that's movement.

Sometimes strength.

Sometimes recovery.

Sometimes massage.

Sometimes RNFR.

The goal isn't to silence your body.

It's to learn how to listen to it.

What does “Live Life At Your Peak” actually mean?

It doesn't mean being perfect.

It doesn't mean eating perfectly.

It doesn't mean working out every day.

It doesn't mean never being tired, sore, stressed or overwhelmed.

It means taking care of yourself so you can participate in the life you want.

Move your body.

Build strength.

Eat well.

Recover.

Get outside.

Take care of the things that hurt.

Make time for people you love.

Go have adventures.

Your peak isn't a number on a scale.

It's being capable of living your life fully.

That's Peak Wellness.
