My friend Mariah and I (Mariah's Yoga & Reiki) just launched a fun Aerial Yoga + Natural henna play day!

Each class will offer a mixture of aerial yoga, mat yoga, reiki and natural henna in a peaceful & private outdoor setting!

Saturday, August 15th in Elgin, IL
10am to 12pm Mommy-n-Me
1pm to 3pm Youth and Teens (10 to 17yr)
4pm to 6pm Adults only

Girl's weekend with my sister yogini.....

....la vida bella....

So grateful to spend time with my soul sister, this past weekend!

We got to play on the SUP boards on beautiful Lake Arrowhead, had some quality conversations, ate a delicious vegan beet salad (compliments of Chef Buffie), laughed, cried, sang, dreamed, painted our faces, and ended our weekend with some henna fun.

This composition was inspired by a book of Native American fe**sh designs and motifs. We connected with water, earth, wind, fire and air. Buffie's shin guards represent power and strength, which is also represented by the bear design seen in this photo!

OH! And we both saw our first Georgia baby bear together! Wow!
