My family and I will always take a tea break daily, and sometimes twice daily on weekends/vacations where we drink our favorite blends together & unwind. Sometimes we mix our own medical blends if we've been exposed to anything. A tea break is a great way to lower cortisol, fellowship with loved ones, and unwind after a long day.
