Today I turn 49. 🎉
As I was thinking about what to share this year, I realized something...
The things that have helped me stay active, healthy, and medication-free aren’t complicated.
They are the simple things I do over and over again.
Many of you know my story.
I live with Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome, a rare disease that has brought its share of challenges.
Over the years I’ve been told things I couldn’t do, things that might happen, and reasons to be afraid.
But I’ve learned that while we can’t always control our circumstances, we can control the habits we practice every day.
So instead of focusing on turning 49, I want to focus on helping others take one small step toward better health.

💛 Eat more protein.
💛 Drink more water.
💛 Get outside.
💛 Stretch.
💛 Practice gratitude.
💛 Let go of all-or-nothing thinking.
