10 Tips On "How To Get Started With Yoga". Tip 10 - Have fun!
Yoga is filled with a variety of styles to choose from. Whether you crave strengthening styles such as Ashtanga-vinyasa or getting flexible with some Yin or finding some relaxation with Restorative yoga. Whatever yoga you choose I encourage you to explore and experience all the different styles yoga has to offer and find the style that makes your heart sing. This doesn’t just extend to yoga but all movement practices- pilates, swimming, crossfit etc. There is so much out there on offer and it seems silly not to take advantage of that variety. Enjoy the movement and have fun!
