What is this new Bodyweight Burn system?

Bodyweight Burn is a new fat loss program from a guy named Adam Steer who is said to be something of a phenom in the bodyweight workout world… but I never heard of him! Honestly, when I first heard about this new program I was really skeptical, these new “fat burning programs” just keep popping out one after the next and I was willing to bet, dollars to donuts that there wasn’t one thing new in this program. Sure, the website looks snazzy, and the basic idea behind the program: “Lose weight by using synergy to maximize your body’s fat burning potential” sounds good, but that said, there are a lot of snazzy websites, and convincing sales pitches out there.

So, I looked into this Adam Steer dude, and his program, and what I found out actually surprised me!

Do we recommend Bodyweight Burn?

After fully reviewing the Bodyweight Burn course I’ve got to hand it to Adam, this guy REALLY knows his stuff when it comes to bodyweight workouts. The program is extremely well designed, and according to the website doctors are even recommending that their patients use this system because due to the fact that you can do the workouts anywhere, it’s an easy program to stick with.
