🚀The Bharal Développement Group is joining forces with Diétagro to create the French leader in animal feed and nutritional specialties for livestock.

The Bharal Développement Group, which brings together the DIFAGRI and ALINOVA brands, is continuing its external growth strategy and is acquiring Diétagro to expand its manufacturing capabilities and further diversify its expertise across all animal species and product presentations.

An undisputed specialist in plant extract-based products for animal nutrition (pigs, ruminants, poultry, and horses), Dietagro—founded in 1991 by Didier Blanchouin and based in Château Gontier—has experienced steady growth in recent years, achieving revenue of €5 million in its most recent fiscal year. Led since 2014 by Frédéric Blanchouin, the company recently moved into new facilities and also includes two sister companies co-managed with Philippe Barbier : Dynafeed and Agri-Natur53.

This merger with Dietagro accelerates the diversification and strengthens the production capabilities of the Bharal Développement Group. This new ensemble forms an innovative, French, and independent leader in animal feed and nutritional supplements for farm animals.
