A soothing cup of CCF Tea (coriander, cumin, fennel) does wonders for digestive issues🍵. CCF tea is Ayurveda's simple antidote for bloatation, gas, heartburn and hyperacidity.

The combination of these three healing spices create a gentle, yet effective gut cleanser. Cumin helps remove blockages, stangantion, and built up toxins (ama) from the digestive tract. Coriander calms spasms, reduces acidity and inflammation. Fennel relieves intestinal cramping and relaxes tension in the digestive system.

✨To prepare a CCF tea blend simply combine equal parts of coriander seeds, cumin, and fennel seeds in a glass jar.

🌿To serve add a rounded teaspoon of the blend to 1 cup of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, strain and enjoy!

✨Midnight Bamboo✨cleansing body scrub leaves your skin feeling absolutely divine! It is great for all skin types, and particularly beneficial for those of us living in humid climates prone to excess oil and breakouts.

Made from a delightful combination of activated bamboo charcoal, sugar, kaolin clay, butterfly pea flowers and infused with refreshing notes of grapefruit. This scrub will exfoliate and moisturize your skin with its nourishing ingredients. Activated bamboo charcoal removes toxins and clears pores promoting a clear complexion. Kaolin clay has been used for centuries to absorb excess oil, preventing breakouts before they begin.
