Hard truth. I didn’t need healing and neither do you.

It is spoke of as if we are broken; and in some energetic sense, perhaps I was.

I craved the permission to pause and disrupt.

I desired a guide to the other side, who could hold the fragments of me, until I could also.

Longed for the opportunity to put aside any guilt, shame and reservation to express what I truly felt.

What I really needed…remembrance. Remembrance of everything I had forgotten and everything I had been deaf or blind to.

As I continue to curiously sift through information around me and play with the resonance of truth in my body, I have been torn with the word “healing” as of late. Of course my ego is torn, as I consciously identify as a healer and know this is why I am incarnated in this life.

So how is it that this not land with flawless precision, unless there was another layer of truth that was seeking to speak through me.

What I have been shown is this.

We are all essentially perfect underneath all of our layers, as we are all of the same stardust and universal magic. Higher realm frequency beings, in a lower frequency world.
The same light in our chest, fire in our bellies and same capacity for love in our hearts when we choose to access it.

What we choose to do with and dress these congruencies is our choice.

So, if all of this is in fact true, then there would be no precedent to heal or fix that of which we are not.

We are not our problems.
We are not our emotions.
And we are not the worst you have ever done.

So healing, is essentially the conscious choice to remove what is not assisting in the devotion to our highest expression.

Healing is to remove the illusion of what we perceive and to anchor into what is.

And healing is the choice to believe in the deepest and most seemingly forbidden parts of yourself.

This is healing.

So no, I don’t heal in a literal sense of the word, but guide women through the ash and back to the crystalline centre within.

Healing is the remembrance of the soul’s mission that was simply forgotten.

For you and me are, in pure essence, perfect without compromise.

How do you embody the pleasure priestess when escalated and faced with an irrational crying child.

Even when on a mentoring call…
Even when you’ve paid to have the time…
Even when you desire progression.

Empathy.
Get out of the moment and into your heart.

Take pleasure in the innocence around you.
Take pleasure in the lack of motive, other than their discomfort and their desire for guidance.

And feel humbled to know they chose you out of billions of souls to be their safety net.

For, nothing is ever ruined or wasted because this situation is not real. It is an illusion of the 3D.
For that is not love.

And empathy is consciousness.

Your resonance of joy being in your highest expression through pleasure will heal women for generations both before and after you.

Imagine your ancestors.
Your children.
And your future bloodline.

Feel the hopelessness and unworthiness of the women drug from behind a cart, and forced upon by men.

Feel the shame of the woman carrying a baby, created through love, but out of wedlock who was banished or hid, forever labeled as a w***e for not denying herself.

Feel the fear of the woman to be burned at the stake for desiring to naturally heal those around her and;

Feel the resentment of the woman stuck in an unhappy marriage woman, kept silent and used only for the purposes of raising children. Forced to stay in the house and be a compliant and pleasing wife.

Now, imagine being able to dissolve their humiliation, break their shackles and end their shame and suffering.

Picture the grins on their faces, the contentment settling in their bodies and love in their hearts.

Imagine banishing your daughter’s fear of judgement or ridicule and to help her anchor in her power and authenticity, in a world that is navigating a collective shift in consciousness.

And imagine living collectively in a world hundreds and thousands of years from now, where there is only frequencies of love, safety and acceptance.

It all starts with you. You are the catalyst.

For, the more you are curious to receiving and feeling deep instances of pleasure, the more you will be grounded in the highest expression of your soul.

You do this for the highest good of you, the highest good of me, and for the highest good of all.

So mote it be.

You will never hear me say I want to manifest anything.

As I don’t believe in manifestation.

The more I have been anchoring into the now and reviewing the pivotal moments of my history, the more I’ve realized that the moments I have received something substantial in my life I wasn’t DOING anything. I was very in flow. Being very carefree and impartial to any particular outcome.

If we truly believe that we are one with everything, then why would we have to manifest a single thing?

If I am the universe.
If I am the Pleasure Priestess and;
If we are abundance in all forms, then any/all energetic and ethereal experiences of these frequencies are also made of us.

There is no calling these experiences in. Only living as those and unlocking one particular alternate reality of the thousands of adjacent possibilities swirling around us at all times.

Of course life gets to be immensely pleasureful when our job is to no longer work to bring anything into our world, rather deepen into being our truest authentic self and watch as doors to these alternate realities are unlocked.

Pleasure is the ultimate gateway to our divinity.

There are many qualities I adore about myself, but the crème de la crème has got to be the ability to make irrationality so bloody divine! (Ohh… and wear a s*xy corset into a local event full of stuffy business people who are afraid to show other people who they actually are after 5pm)

3 weeks ago I made the decision to book a 7 day, 6 night vacation to another country (from spark to money down…two days), alone (first time EVER travelling solo) to meet up with women who I’ve never met in person, at an AirB&B (also, a first experience for me). 🥵🤯

Not to mention, deciding I’m doing this without input from my spouse, without fully having a plan for childcare while I’m gone, nor having every detail of the trip perfectly executed.

Nothing about this experience is rational, logical nor reasonable, but do you know what?! It feels SO fu***ng amazing!!

Being a splenic manifestor, it was SO in my genius to TRUST the urge, believe in the knowing that this was the right thing for me in this moment and then inform those around me of the details.

There’s so much about this experience that I don’t know how it will unfold, but what I do know is:

🔥by following the desires of our souls for, in this instance, some spontaneous adventure and quiet alone time, will result in something truly magical.

🙌🏻 that we don’t need to have everything worked out, for it will all work out as it’s intended, and we GET to allow ourselves to be supported by others in co-creating these experiences.

🍾 I am here for creating experiences of fun, freedom and fulfillment for the women on this earth, and I go first!

I know that I could have got in the way of this desire by creating so many showstoppers of why I COULDN’T do this. Instead, I said yes, and believed in my ability to beautifully cutate and execute.

I am anything but reasonable and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

“I see you baby”

Words that I desired to hear more than ANYTHING 5 years ago from the bottom of a huge dark hole.

That feeling of having someone truly see you at your core, the appreciation of all of who you are, vaulnerable or bold, on your knees or high on a mountain and regardless, always encourage you to open even more. I would have given anything!

I desired to be seen. By everyone in my world.. to be truly loved and honoured for who I actually am and not who I was perceived to be.

There was so much closed door pain. Tears on my forearms with my hands on the steering wheel.
Hiding behind a smile so that I would upset anyone. Dont’t draw attention.
Shame for desiring more. Something truly special and authentic. But how could I be so selfish?!

Breaking, again and again into a million pieces and had NO idea which ones fit together or if they even were from my puzzle.

Why did I feel like this?!

What I realized, I didn’t need to know why, all I needed to know was the feelings being generated in my body in each moment. Nothing more.

The mask was coming off.

Expose it all, embrace it all, find the amazing qualities I knew only I brought to this Earth and come home to my TRUTH.

If you are ready for the liberation that is accompanied with crawling out of a dark hole…

The freedom that overcomes you when you start making decisions that scare the f**k out of you, but make your heart race with excitement.

Or the new sense of comfort that is generated through wholeness as you piece your divine self back together.

You were put on this earth for ridiculously unimaginable experiences.

Beauty one day, beast the next.

Good and bad.

Hero to villain.

Most LOVE hanging out at either end of the spectrum.
The excitement.
The thrill.
The drama.
The subconscious conditioning from past experiences.
The obsessive compulsion to over correct for oversights or misjudgements.

How many times have any of these come up for you…
“wow, things were too good, I, of course, had to screw it up!”

A pattern of rebellion after a period of people pleasing.

Or the “poor me” victim who pity’s themself after a dramatic relationship quarrel. He said, she said, so he did and then she did. Beauty AND Beast.

Jesus. No wonder that was my favourite movie growing up. SO MUCH RESONANCE.

When we are at one end of the spectrum, chances are we will do something to compromise our position, just to quickly swing right over to the other end without ever taking time to pause and feel anything aside from only the furthest extents of the duality we’re feeling.

We are conditioned that big bold moves, big emotion or hard and fast stands are the only way to see progress, get results or feel powerful in this life.

And if this theory is actually true, then I bet you’re wondering how can feeling both polarities at the same time ever help us build meaningful, fulfilling and aligned relationships?

How can we afford to take the time to slow the swing and pause to reflect in the middle? Fast fast fast spins the world, right?!

Why would embracing all emotion help us become neutral to the things we are bothered by?!

Oh to be a “good girl”…

The proverbial bread crumb that we all chased since the time we could comprehend a reward based system.

You abide by the rules, you get validation.
A pat on the head.
A smile.
Recognition.
Praise.
Joy.

Ooof!

Now doesn’t that just sound like heaven for our instinctual drive for love, safety and inclusion?!

Physical proof to generate feel good emotions that makes us want to repeat the feeling. (UNTIL it doesn’t…. 😏🫣)

And it is this repetition over and over and over that creates very strong beliefs about who we are and how we need to act to keep a certain level of comfort in our life. Not taking into account what we actually FEEL completing these tasks, doing this job, assuming a title, being the sounding board. The list is LONG for us good girls and recovering good girls.

BUT just the act of acknowledging her presence within you, will literally blow your mind at how much you rely or default to her.

What if by accepting your good girl you could unlock opportunities for the true rebel you to emerge.

Would you give her your time and presence?

The road of gentle alignment.
The road less travelled.

Can you think of a time… perhaps this challenging time is now… where you were so done with whatever was/is happening in your life.

I, very clearly, can remember a time where I was burnt out.
Frustrated.
Out of body.
Playing the victim.
Playing at one end of the spectrum of emotion then over correcting to the other without collecting at go.

A constant fire burned in my eyes, a harpy walked in front of me and there was nothing more I wanted to do than to completely burn everything to the ground and start fresh (hypothetically and energetically speaking). Nothing seemed to be working. I lacked fulfillment and sense of self.
There was no pleasure to be found in what I desired for my whole life.

And when we get to this point it seems very easy to…

Loose your s**t and completely blow up in a conversation.
Blame.
Shame.
Project.
Burn bridges.
Walk away from x,y or z in a fit of rage.

JUST because in these moments we cannot see another way. And feeling into emotions means expressing from in the physical form right?! Wrong.
Projecting these emotions just happens because we are too comfortable in this pattern to put in the effort to change.

Sure.. we can blow it all up. Shock the system. Feel disease in our bodies OR we can take small acts of alignment when it feels like it fits into our bodies and experience gentle shifts of joy and happiness. Grow into larger leaps.

Gentle alignment may take more “time”, but I swear to you, if you lay a more solid foundation to start, you will be so much farther ahead in the long term.

This is the premise of my mentorship.

Doing things right, doesn’t always mean fast. If fast is only the illusion of the ego.

Honour your soul truth.
Be gentle on yourself within this human existence.
Prepare your body to expand with your energy.
And hold the vision even when it’s difficult.

I see you on the other side of this.
I know it can be frightening.
I am here to hold you.

I didn’t blow my way to the top 😏😘

While I love bl🌀w jobs, (don’t get me wrong, there are many times and manny places for them), the ease of the action, the ‘quick and dirty’ nature, the soothing of the immediate desire, I also know what is awaiting me requires a deeper connection.

To myself.
To Source.
To the Earth.
Within my relationships and;
An intimate holding for my clients.

Because I literally can only be available to have passionate s*x. That FEELS so much more divine!!
I desire to make love to my life today and every day. Through every up-level. Through every area of turmoil.
When we can achieve this state of bliss, seeing each moment as it is and not as it could or should be, the intimacy and realness we share with ourselves, for the path we’re on can be exponentially heightened.

Through every piece of content.
Through every interaction, in every relationship, including and above all else, the one I have with myself.

Because I owe that to her.
Because I know my impact is so much larger than one single encounter.
Because I choose long term prosperity over instant gratification.

It’s a no brainer to me and I respect her enough to respond based on what my body, she, is telling me to do. Even though sometimes I just want to cop out and give the bl🌀w job.

We are bigger than that.
I am bigger than that.
You’re bigger than that.

We are all building empires and we must learn to see the grandness of the vision, with limited obstructions (typically created within our minds).
