When it comes to weight loss, the action needs to be MORE than just having a plan to follow!

You have to be WILLING to make the changes!
WILLING to stop living the life you have in order to start living the life you want!
You have to be WILLING to put in the work!
and WILLING to keep going, even when things don't go to plan!

This is how you get toned!

Most women I speak to that have a weight loss goal, also want to get toned! That's perfect! But what does that mean?

Now, getting toned doesn't mean spending hours on the treadmill or doing loads of cardio....contrary to what you may think!

I speak to so many women, who have struggled with the toning part! so listen up....

✨ Firstly, to get a toned appearance, we need to reduce body fat, so that you can see muscular shape and tone. You are not going to look toned if you have excess body fat covering it up!

✨ Secondly, you want to have some strong, lean and defined muscle to show off, as you are working on reducing body fat. You achieve this by RESISTANCE TRAINING - yes ladies...picking up some weights in the gym! Cardio alone, will not create a toned look!

✨ Thirdly, you want to maximise your nutrition to assist in losing body fat whilst maintaining and building lean muscle. You do this by making sure you have enough PROTEIN in your diet!

Don't worry, you will not get bulky for training harder and smarter and increasing the amount of protein you have in your diet!

✨ Check out Sophia - With my help, she switched up her diet and switched her training for cardio and HIIT classes to weight training AT HOME!

She lost about 13kg and looks incredible AFTER having 2 children!

What a win and what a brilliant message to receive from one of my weight loss clients!

Of course this is going to happen when you have lost .....

And, whilst working a hectic and long shift pattern, involving nights!

This superstar had struggled to say consistent with doubt creeping in about if she could actually lose weight, with her hectic work schedule.

This is for those of you who are telling yourself you can't because you are older or have had kids!

I speak to so many ladies yearning after their younger bodies but telling themselves that it's just not possible!

Use my journey as PROOF that it IS POSSIBLE!

24 year old me was always trying out the latest diet plan - Joe Wicks, spin classes, hot yoga, weekly PT sessions, Les Mils classes, slim fast, soup and salad diet....but my body never changed!

Why? ..... because I was just winging it! Jumping on the latest, cheapest trend, with no real focus or education around what I was doing and why I was doing it!

I could never stick to anything...weekends always derailed me because what I was trying to do didn't suit my lifestyle and was ultimately too restrictive!

Incredible results from this total SUPERMUM of 4 kids!

Proof of what can happen when you don't give up and the biggest thing is we approached her journey in a REALISTIC and SUSTAINABLE way...meaning she was able to STICK TO IT!

Sticking to it, creating healthier habits and looking at long term lifestyle change has meant this QUEEN has been able to lose 22kg! All whilst navigating hectic family life!

We have worked together to create a home training plan that she enjoys and is feeling STRONGER and stronger each week!

Her clothes are fitting better, she is more energised and full of confidence!
