It was wonderful to recently visit Explore & More - The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Children's Museum and discuss the importance of creating more workplace opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

During the visit, we caught up with Craig, who works at the museum, and spent time learning more about his role and how much he enjoys his job.

Thank you to Explore & More President and CEO Michelle Urbanczyk and my friends Max and Joyce Donatelli and BJ Stasio of Art of Advocacy for their continued commitment to creating a more inclusive community. Every employer can play a role in expanding opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
