Reminder: You don’t have to do it all on your own...

What I’ve been noticing with my clients lately is that they KNOW all the right steps to take but have a hard time holding themselves accountable (we all feel this way from time to time.) It’s easy to fall off your routine and develop habits that aren’t in line with your goals, especially in the summertime.

If you watch my stories you know I LOVE my matcha lattes. It wasn’t always like this because I used to DEPEND on a hot delicious cup of coffee every single morning, and every once in a while a cappuccino or latte in the afternoon for a boost too ☕️

I quit drinking coffee cold turkey YEARS ago & haven’t looked back since. My skin was much, MUCH happier as a result. If you’re struggling with a hormonal imbalance, you should consider cutting it out too. DM me for more details on this!

WRONG ❌ fat soluble vitamins, A, D, E, & K are stored in the body and pose a greater risk for toxicity than water soluble vitamins. Too much of a good thing can definitely be a bad thing

Hopping on the kale train? Just ONE leaf of kale can contain DOUBLE your recommended daily allowance of vitamin A, not to mention it can cause harm to your thyroid function 🥬

Signs of vitamin A toxicity: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness, headaches, rash, and can even result in coma or death 🤮

Signs of vitamin A deficiency: acne & breakouts, dry skin & eyes, trouble conceiving & infertility, poor wound healing, being prone to infections etc 🤒
