On Thursday 29th Feb in Witton Gilbert Club we will have EMG Solicitors with us to go through all things family law, myth busting and answering questions from our group and any questions on the evening. • The best ways to reach an agreement about the arrangements for your children and how those agreements can be formalized.
• The general principles, procedure and timescales around divorce and separation.

**MINDFULNESS & GUIDED MEDITATION 4 WEEK COURSE**

For courses and similar opportunities like this, we will be opening this up to women also as we have had messages regarding this, we will however keep the meetings to men only!!

In partnership with Lone Wolf Vision we will be funding a 4 week Meditation Course held at Ushaw Historic House, County Durham. This course will be the first of a number of training courses we will provide this year to help people develop their own tools to help manage difficult situations in life and help create a healthy routine to help prevent mental ill health.

Meditation and mindfulness are absolutely key to to helping develop self awareness and gain an understanding of how our mind and bodies work. Rather than trying to explain in words we did a video call with Stephen, the founder of Lone Wolf Vision, about himself and what the course entails.

The course is capped at 15 attendees and regular members of the group will obviously be entitled to the first places so a place cant be guaranteed at the moment, but if you are interested please direct message us with your name and email address and if demand is too high for this course we’ll look to run another one at the soonest opportunity.

We are wanting to kickstart the year with a catch up at Witton Gilbert Club next week WEDNESDAY 17th JANUARY @ 6:30pm , first drink on us, Carling or Capri sun.. the choice is yours, Along with a bit of a spread!
As you know we’ve had a massive 2023 of fund raising and now we’d like to get some events and ideas booked in and suggested to us ready for the spring/summer 2024.
We’ve discussed getting back on the water with kayaking and chartered sea fishing trips and also getting some workshops in place, from mindfulness courses and other educational/fitness courses!
As ever your input is vital to the progression of the head shed. Everybody is a part of this inclusive group so please come on down next week and let’s get the ball rolling for 2024! Thanks!

THESE MEN! Last night, these men played a sold out 300 capacity venue after only 10 weeks of learning how to play an instrument. We can’t even begin to explain the bo****ks it took and how grateful and proud we are that they did. We raised a huge amount of money that will enable to continue and grow our services, we are beyond happy and proud. Thank you so much to PURE ENTERTAINMENT & Thankyou so much for everyone who came and supported. ❤️
