I will be offering Creative Arts Therapy 🎨 at the Healing Hub at Timbré on Wednesday from 12 -3.

Neuro Art was such a fabulous exploration last week and some will be finishing off their creations this week. If you feel moved to you are welcome to join.

I am offering free 🎨 Creative Arts Therapy sessions at the Healing Hub, Wellness Wednesdays from 12:00pm - 3:00pm.

A brief Loving Kindness meditation for those who are suffering. 💓

Sometimes it's hard to know what to do when you know someone is suffering and you are not there physically to support them. I find sending loving kindness is a nice way to hold them in your heart. When the opportunity arises to support them in person, there is a sense of warmness and kindness already present which flows out....
