LIFE UPDATE + BIG CHANGES!

I know I’ve been a little MIA the last few weeks—life has been a lot, and I needed to take a step back from social media to recharge and spend time with my family (PLUS it’s been really freakin’ cold so I’ve also been hibernating🥶). But I wanted to pop in with a big update!

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about what balance looks like in this season of life with two little ones, and after much consideration (plus lots of prayers and some tears), I’ve decided to step away from my business—at least for now. The good news? I’ll be joining an amazing company where I’ll still be doing what I love—nutrition coaching—without the added stress of running a business. And yes, you’ll absolutely still have the chance to work with me in the future—I’ll share more on that soon!

In the meantime, as a little “going out of business” sale (for lack of a better term 🙃), I’m offering the More Than Food Collective as a self-guided course—all the recorded trainings plus the workbook—for just $65 (tax included). Hey friends! I’m gonna get personal here for a minute. 🫣

This year, I’m making some changes.

This year, I’m on a mission to prioritize MY health while growing my business and helping even more women reach their health & wellness goals. 🙌🏼

Here’s why: while my business has grown this past year, my physical and mental health have taken a hit. Longer hours at the office replaced gym time, and "just one more email" cut into quality time with my husband. If you’ve been there, you know how quickly things can snowball.

So, this year, I’m making some big shifts, in both my life AND business:

💫 Scheduling gym time (before anything else). I’m a better mom, wife, and coach (and a happier person in general) when I move my body with intention and see my gym family on a *regular basis*.

💫 Spending less time on social media. Burnout is real, so I’m pivoting my focus to serve clients in ways that feel more aligned. I'll still be here, but not as much.

💫 Setting work boundaries. This past year, I let my work creep into my home life more than I’d care to admit. I struggled with feeling present in the moment. This year, I’m committing that works stays at the office.

💫 Revamping my coaching offers. Not everyone is ready for a 6-month program, so I’ve created options to meet you where you’re at—including single sessions, 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month packages.

For years, I struggled with body image. Always wanting to be thinner or more fit. I’d be “good” with my diet during the week and “cheat” on weekends. I'd avoid certain foods altogether because I knew once I started eating them, I wouldn’t stop. I worried about every calorie, stepped on the scale daily, and let that number dictate my mood. If I missed a gym day, I’d beat myself up.

It was stressful. And honestly? Zero fun.

Maybe you can relate.

I get it—constantly stressing about food and your body is exhausting and no way to live.

But here’s the thing: I’ve made it out the other side. It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. And now, I’ve helped dozens of women change how they think about food, their bodies, and their health—and I can help you, too.

So what makes my program different from all the others out there?

Honestly? It’s me, and my unique coaching style.

When I quit playing basketball after my freshman year of college, I was terrified of gaining weight. I became obsessed with eating healthy and controlling my body. I even transferred schools and switched my major to nutrition, thinking I could figure out the “secret” to getting the body I wanted.

And what did I learn? There is no secret.

But I did learn a lot about nutrition and our bodies. I earned my degree, completed an internship, and passed the boards to become a Registered Dietitian. On paper, I’m an expert.

But more than that, I’m human. I’m a mom, wife, daughter, sister, friend, introverted extrovert, iced coffee lover, fitness enthusiast, animal adorer, and recovering perfectionist.

I’ve sat across from hundreds of clients over the past 12 years who felt just like you. And I’ve lived those struggles, too.

That’s why I created the More Than Food Collective.
