We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Youth Strength & Conditioning program!

Our primary objective with these sessions is to help young children develop fundamental movement skills that are essential for their overall physical development. We will focus on activities such as running, jumping, hopping, skipping, throwing and catching, which form the building blocks of athletic prowess. As the participants progress, we will introduce functional movement patterns like squatting, pushing, pulling, climbing, and even work on developing a typical gym program for older children.

Our aim is to provide an engaging and educational experience for all participants, fostering their understanding and proficiency in movement. We have carefully designed the program to ensure that it is not only beneficial but also enjoyable for your child.
