Started my day off right, iaso detox tea! I was 180 this morning, this stuff usually makes you lose 5 pounds in 5 days, hasn’t failed me yet so I’ll let you know when I weigh Saturday morning

So it’s definitely been a while, you can say the stress of this pandemic has gotten me totally off track. May lack of planning with meals has me sliding through a drive through almost every work day, sometimes twice......... well it’s time to be back on track, regain focus, continue working on the best version of me because i still have a long way to go. So I have breakfast prepared (egg white bites) and salad for lunch. My iaso tea is seeping on the stove. In this thing called life, remember tomorrow is always a new day, a new chance to do something positive, to make a step towards bettering your current circumstances......... so who’s ready to start the week right tomorrow, stand beside me on this journey to building our best selves!

what's your lunch menu for the week???
monday- chicken stir fry
tuesday- buffalo chicken salad
wednesday- taco stuffed peppers
thursday- shrimp, smoked turkey sausage and corn on the cob
friday- a healthy choice( haven't figured that one out yet)

healthy options can be delicious ones 😊

So if you’re trying to eat less bread but still want a Big Mac... Here it is:

Big Mac in a Bowl
5 oz ground beef or turkey
1.4 oz shredded cheese
1 dill pickle spear, chopped
2Tbs thousand island dressing
2 c shredded lettuce
1/2 c diced tomatoes.

Homemade Thousand Island Dressing:
1 c Mayo
1/2 c ketchup
1 c sweet relish
A pinch of salt & pepper
