🚨 NCLEX DELEGATION CHALLENGE: 👀

Most NCLEX test-takers lose points on delegation NOT because they don’t know nursing content… but because they don’t know WHO should do WHAT.

🔥 RN vs LPN vs UAP
🔥 Stable vs Unstable
🔥 Assessment vs Implementation
🔥 Teaching vs Reinforcement

These OB delegation questions will challenge your critical thinking and make you think exactly like the NCLEX.

💬 Drop your answers below:

⚠️ No peeking at the answers!
⚠️ Think safety first.
⚠️ Remember: Unstable, New, or Complex = RN.

🚨 NCLEX ALERT: Can you confidently identify abnormal vital signs across ALL age groups? 👀

One of the fastest ways to lose easy NCLEX points is forgetting normal vital sign ranges for adults, infants, toddlers, school-age children, and adolescents.

🚨 PRIORITY QUESTION ALERT! 🚨

This is the type of question that separates memorization from true NCLEX critical thinking. 👀

A toddler arrives in the emergency department. Which finding makes you stop and act FIRST?

Remember:
🩺 NCLEX doesn’t ask, “What’s abnormal?”
🩺 NCLEX asks, “What’s the MOST concerning RIGHT NOW?”

🔥 Think:
✔️ ABCs
✔️ Airway before Breathing before Circulation
✔️ Unstable before stable
✔️ Acute before chronic

👇 Drop your answer below:
A, B, C, or D?

⛔ No changing your answer after reading the comments!

🎯 Challenge: Tell us WHY you chose your answer. The rationale matters more than the letter.

🚨 OBSTETRICS NCLEX ALERT! 🚨

If Leopold Maneuvers show up on your NCLEX, will you know what you’re palpating? 👶🤰

Many students memorize the 4 maneuvers but struggle to connect them to fetal lie, presentation, position, and engagement—and that’s exactly where NCLEX loves to test you!

🩺 Quick Check:
✅ What maneuver identifies the fetal back?
✅ Which maneuver determines the presenting part?
✅ How do you know if the fetus is engaged?

💡 Remember:
The goal isn’t just to memorize the steps—it’s to understand what each maneuver tells you about the baby.

🚨 NCLEX STUDENTS: Can you match the disease to the sign WITHOUT looking at your notes? 👀

The NCLEX loves testing clinical manifestations, and one missed clue can cost you the question.

🩺 Exophthalmos → Think?
🧠 Kernig sign → Think?
👅 Strawberry tongue → Think?
💥 Cullen’s sign → Think?

The exam won’t always ask for the disease directly—it may give you the sign and expect you to identify the condition, priority intervention, or complication.

🔥 High-yield signs like these appear repeatedly in NCLEX questions, SATA, NGN case studies, and prioritization questions.

🚨 NCLEX TAKERS: Do you know these therapeutic levels or are you guessing? 👀

One lab value can be the difference between a therapeutic effect and a life-threatening toxicity.

💊 Digoxin
💊 Lithium
💊 Theophylline
💊 Phenytoin
💊 Vancomycin
💊 Gentamicin

These are some of the MOST TESTED medication levels on the NCLEX!

🧠 NCLEX Tip:
If the level is ABOVE the therapeutic range, think toxicity. If it’s BELOW the range, think ineffective treatment.

🚨 NCLEX TAKERS: Stop memorizing medications one by one! 🚨

The NCLEX loves medication suffixes because they help you identify the drug class, action, side effects, and nursing interventions FAST.

💡 Know these and you’ll answer questions even when you’ve never seen the medication before:

✅ -pril = ACE Inhibitor
✅ -sartan = ARB
✅ -olol = Beta Blocker
✅ -dipine = Calcium Channel Blocker
✅ -oxin = Digoxin
✅ -ide / -thiazide / -actone = Diuretics

🩺 NCLEX Tip: If you know the suffix, you already know half the question!

📌 Save this for pharmacology review.

📌 Comment “PHARM” if you want more medication cheat sheets.

👶 PEDIATRIC NCLEX QUESTIONS LOOK EASY… UNTIL THEY AREN’T 😭👇

Remember: Children can compensate for a LONG time… then suddenly crash 🚨

💡 NCLEX GOLD:
When choosing the priority child, ask yourself:
👉 Who has the airway problem?
👉 Who is showing signs of respiratory distress?
👉 Who is the most unstable?

🚨 Red Flags You Should NEVER Ignore:
❌ Drooling
❌ Stridor
❌ Nasal flaring
❌ Retractions
❌ Cyanosis

🧠 Pediatric Rule:
AIRWAY + BREATHING = FIRST EVERY TIME

📌 SAVE these questions and test yourself before checking the answers!
💬 Comment “PEDS” if you got all 5 correct
