What is Restorative Yoga ?
Restorative yoga is simply stretching and breathing.
Our classes are 60 minutes we run through 9 different stretches and we hold each stretch for five minutes.

We incorporate Breath work into our class to guild us into stretches and reconnect with our bodies.
As a reminder to ourselves to be aware of our breath, to slow down and take a moment for ourselves.
Our intention is to release all the tension and worries that we build up throughout the week ready to restore your body and calm your mind for a new week ahead. Booking link is in my bio 🌟🌟

Tonight’s class will start at 6:20pm for a warmup in the infrared sauna and then 6:45 pm for our yoga class which will include a slow flow of stretches that will calm your body, Relax your nervous system and stretch your muscles finishing with a longer meditation to help you sleep tonight. ✨✨
