‼️A patient 59 years old presented with severe low back ache associated with right sided leg pain.Suffering from severe L4-L5 stenosis with impingement of the exiting nerve root ‼️
📍Previously underwent one failed operation

Now re- operated by Qaisrani

Patient is now fit and able to walk normally leading a normal pain free life 🚶🚶
