From this week I will be offering a 5-week Pregnancy Yoga course on Zoom.
Pregnancy Yoga is a wonderfully grounding and nurturing practice, allowing to build strength and stability, and increase vitality. Classes also include meditation and breathing practices which can instil a sense of calm and wellbeing, as well as helping to manage pain.
