The best superfood ever “Khajoor- Dates”
Few things to be taken care of :
- DONT TAKE IT WITH CAFFIENE
Dates are the richest source of iron , and caffiene does not allow iron to be absorbed well. So make sure there is gap of at least 30minutes.
- DONT OVERBOARD
Khajoor is a very rich form of sugar, a high energy snack , but make sure you don’t overboard the quantity. Can practise to have 2 pieces as a healthy lifestyle daily.
- KHAJOOR+ LEMON WATER
Vitamic C increases iron absorption, so it’s best to combine and have them together..
