denly lost my husband while pregnant with our son, leading me to co-found Australia's first online forum for young widows and ultimately complete my Bachelor of Counselling specialising in grief and bereavement. What sets my approach apart is the seamless integration of traditional counselling with intuitive energy healing—a combination that creates profound, lasting change by addressing both conscious patterns and subconscious blockages. Self-love is not selfish.

For many people, a lack of self-love didn’t begin with them. It can stem from childhood experiences, conditioning, or simply never being shown what a healthy connection to self looks like.

Learning to connect with yourself, listen to yourself, and value yourself is not selfish. It’s the foundation of every relationship you’ll ever have, including the one with yourself.

Connecting to self-love looks different for every person.

For some, it’s learning to rest without guilt. For others, it’s setting boundaries, speaking their truth, nourishing their body, or finally choosing themselves after years of putting everyone else first.

Self-love isn’t one thing. It’s the small daily moments that bring you back to yourself.

You are absolutely allowed to see other practitioners.

In fact, sometimes it’s incredibly helpful.

EMDR, psychology, counselling, bodywork, energy work, breathwork each modality can open a different doorway into healing.

I often have clients come back and tell me about work they’ve done elsewhere.

Then together, we explore what remains.

Sometimes a pattern has shifted, but the body is still holding residue. Sometimes the mind understands, but the nervous system hasn’t caught up. Sometimes there is simply another layer ready to be met.

This work has never been about doing everything alone.

It’s about meeting what is present and supporting your system to complete what it’s ready to complete.

Not every pattern started with you.

Sometimes what you’re carrying has been passed down through generations.

The fears. The beliefs. The ways of coping. The emotional responses.

What isn’t acknowledged can continue to repeat through families, often without anyone realising it.

When a generational imprint is brought into awareness and completed, the cycle can begin to close.

It’s about understanding what was carried before you, so you can choose what continues and what ends with you.

A client came to see me carrying persistent pain.

The interesting part? The pain wasn’t where the story began.

As we worked through the body, nervous system, subconscious patterns, and what had been stored beneath awareness, a childhood experience surfaced that had never been fully processed.

The body remembers what the mind has often learned to live around.

The following day, the pain was gone.

Sometimes physical pain is not simply physical.

Sometimes it is the body’s way of asking us to pay attention to a part of ourselves that has been waiting to be seen, felt, and acknowledged.
