This is our alpine room with the new painted concrete effect over old laminate tile. We ripped up the old carpet with evidence of wood floors underneath. The wood was too damaged, so we filled in with floor leveler, and painted this effect thanks to YouTube. YAY! We love it.

Favorite new food prep hack: Smoothie 🫐🍎🥑 Bowl Topper Jar!

Inspired by my salad topper jar. Instead of reaching in a dozen bags or jars each time you make your smoothie, you just layer your toppings in 1 and shake it up! Then you can just open 1 jar and pour on your bowl or smoothie 😍.

I find a day at the beach beyond relaxing. I scraped both my knees badly from the 200 knee push-ups I completed yesterday at the murph. Naturally, I wanted the sea waters healing powers! Also we are so sore, we figured the salt water would be great to help ease the soreness. Not to mention a day surrounded by the relaxing sound of birds, water, wind is a beyond calming to the soul. What better!!

Love a good beach day 🏖

We were craving a beach morning so we hopped in the car and headed to the closest beach! We are still super sore from the Murph workout yesterday and thought the salt water could help.

Salt water 💧 is so good for your skin and body. I really think it helps heals any and all skin problems.
