There is something deeply powerful about mothers creating space to heal together.
*Looped in Love* was born through Open Arms Health Wellness & Healing as a nurturing experience where mothers can slow down, breathe, connect, and simply be. Through finger-knitting, honest conversation, creativity, and community, Open Arms is building a space where women are seen, supported, and reminded that they are never alone in motherhood.
Finger-knitting is much more than a craft. Research shows that repetitive hand movements like knitting activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the part of the body responsible for rest, calm, and recovery. It lowers cortisol levels, reduces anxiety, and creates a meditative state that allows the mind to quiet and the heart to open.
For mothers who are often running on empty, this simple and accessible practice becomes an act of radical self care. No experience is needed. No special tools are required. Just your hands, your breath, and a willingness to show up for yourself.
When mothers sit and create together, something shifts. Walls come down. Stories get shared. Burdens feel lighter. That is the magic of Looped in Love.
Our mission is simple: to walk alongside mothers and lovingly loop them into connection, healing, and community one loop at a time.
If you work with or lead a hospital, school, shelter, or community organization that serves mothers and families, we want to hear from you.
Healing-centered wellness programming should not be a luxury, but accessible to every mother who needs it, right where she already is.
Reach out. Partner with us. Help us bring Looped in Love to the mothers in your community who are quietly carrying so much and deserve a space to breathe, be held, and heal.
Because maternal wellness matters. Because mothers deserve support too. Because healing does not happen alone. It happens together.
Let's connect and build something beautiful for the mothers who need it most.
