✨Your journey is YOURS, and it's not a burden to anyone else. If anyone suggests otherwise, toss their opinions in the trash and hit the 'full blast' button.

💥Your body deserves every ounce of space it occupies. Don't apologize for it. Take up ALL the room you need.

🌟The foods that feel like home, that connect you to your roots and bring comfort? Honor them. No apologies necessary. You're forging your own path. 🌮🍕🥘

And don't you dare feel down if you find solace in food or exercise. It's a perfectly human response. Coping is a superpower – a sign you're taking control when life gets wild. Expanding your toolkit can help, but NEVER apologize for coping with food.

You're a divine being! ✨️

In the gentle glow of this full moon, we're reminded of the natural rhythms of life...

Full mooms provide a moment for reflection, a chance to understand how our intentions shape our actions, and how those actions lead to consequences or rewards.

As we rest and refresh, let's acknowledge that moon cycles, much like our own monthly rhythms, can influence our relationship with food, body image, and physical activity.

It's perfectly normal for these feelings to ebb and flow.The key is recognizing these shifts and responding with kindness and understanding. Embrace the cycles of life, and remember, you're not alone on this journey. 🌟🌙

It can be easier than you think when you allow yourself to use processed foods to help you reach your goals.

I want to make a few different points with this post...

1) processed foods shouldn't be seen as pedestal foods because you can be missing out on nutrients (& pure satisfaction). Oftentimes, processed foods are fortified with essential nutrients for vegans like calcium, iron, vitamin D, and more. These foods can also provide you with extra protein! Oftentimes, my clients are worried about how they're going to eat enough beans to meet their protein needs, but it doesn't have to be like that.

2) These foods give me satisfaction! I loooove the creaminess and flavor of the yogurt, the crunchiness of the cereal, and the soft pearl texture of the h**p seeds. This meal provides me with increased satisfaction because it is meeting my flavor and texture needs.

3) it is convenient!! No cooking involved.

4) increasing protein and healthy fats (like the Omega 3s you find in the h**p seeds) will help keep you feeling fuller for longer. This will give you sustainable energy so you don't crash from a breakfast with low protein or healthy fats within an hour of eating it.

5) and just because I chose these products out of my own pantry, and used the recommended serving sizes (with a side of fresh fruit), does not mean this will A) taste good to you, B) meet your own personal needs, and/or C) feel good to you. Please take this as an example and nothing more. If you need help creating your own balanced meals, please reach out to me!

Obsessing over the literal little things harms your progress towards ultimate health (healthy mind, body, & spirit) more than inching yourself closer to it.

Ask yourself these questions ⬇️
✨️Do you enjoy the flavor of your creamer?
✨️Does your creamer satisfy a taste, emotion, and/or a physical need?
✨️Do you experience guilt, shame, or anger around enjoying using creamer in your coffee?
✨️How much of your mental capacity do these thoughts around coffee creamer take up? How long do they last? Do they become distracting and intrusive?

When you start to become curious about your awareness around food, you can start to heal your relationship with it.

The BEST homemade vegan cesaer salad (in my humble opinion).👇

➡️ massaged kale with a dash of EVOO (when available, just also like to add finely chopped brussel sprouts) 🌱

➡️ diced tomatoes 🍅

➡️ the holy dressing (second picture). You CANNOT skip on the capers, I swear

➡️ topped with chick'n tenders

P.s. you can also add a few tbsp of h**p seeds for extra protein!

Okay..she's, theys, & g**s 👇👇

Folds and cellulite and body hair and skin imperfections, etc, are NORMAL.

We all have it.

Even your fave fitness model online has all of the same qualities.

And by no means do I consider myself extremely athletic, but I do still understand my thin privilege and how this may even come off offensive to those with lived experiences in larger bodies than mine. But I just want to show what real bodies look lik, what my real body looks like.

This is what one vegan, dietitian's body looks like with slight changes to angle, posture, and editing (just simple editing, not body shaping).

We cannot believe everything we see online, truly. All of it can be misleading. Just know that. Sit in the comfort of that knowledge. ❤️
