2 ingredient Banana pancakes I hear you say?! 🍌🥞
These beauties are nutritious and are insanely yummy 😍 💚

Pancakes:
•1 mashed banana
•2 beaten eggs

Toppings:
•Drizzle of maple syrup
•25g strawberries
•20g raspberries
•1 dessert spoon pomegranate seeds
(Calories for toppings: 25kcal, can be changed to personal preference
Method:
•Combine the mashed banana and beaten eggs
•In a heated frying pan, pour some mixture into the center, allow mixture to settle (keep the pancakes small)
Flip once mixture is not runny on the top of the pancake
•Repeat until mixture is used up (usually 4-5 pancakes) •Prepare toppings to personal preference
•Stack the pancakes and add toppings 😋😍 Total calories: 257kcal (for the entire mix above and this includes toppings🙌🏼)

Move over banana bread there’s a new kid in town!😍😍 These banana oat flapjacks are suitable for those on steps 3 and above (more likely the higher steps due to the calorie value!)
Coming in at 217kcal per flapjack these are too yummy to miss!
Ingredients •1 ripe banana (mashed) •40g butter (low fat)
•60g crunchy peanut butter I used •50g maple syrup I used maple syrup
•150g rolled oats
•1/2 teaspoon cinnamon for flavour
Method
•Put the butter and peanut butter in a bowl, microwave for 30 seconds then fully combine.
• Add in the Maple syrup, mashed banana and cinnamon, combine fully. •Stir in oats ensuring they are completely covered.
•Tip into a baking paper lined baking tray, cook at 180degrees for 13-15 mins, take out of the oven, cut into 6 portions and leave to cool. •Tips: you can add chocolate chips or dried fruits to these flapjacks, the calories will need to be added to the 217 per biscuit. • Make this plant based by switching butter for coconut oil! •I served mine with a 5g tsp of chocolate orange spread and it was 😍 (calorie value for this is 242kcal per position!!

INSTAGRAM Vs REALITY 💚🍎 How my yummy cinnamon apple porridge starts out, once the photos taken how it ends up 😍🍎 •40g porridge oats
•skimmed milk
•1 small apple diced and peeled
•1tsp coconut oil
•Ground cinnamon •Sprinkle of brown sugar

Caramelise the apples in the coconut oil and with the sugar, add in ground cinnamon to taste.
Cook the porridge (I did mine in the microwave!) Add the apples to the top of the porridge and add a sprinkle of cinnamon to serve 😍💚
