Don’t you see?

Don’t you see it is all smoke and mirrors?

It is a play.
A play in which you voluntarily Re Act.
This action of Re Acting is you living outside of yourself and living another’s bidding.
The divide is perpetuated and deepened.

Take one small step back, just one, and look.
Look with your heart.
Look with your soul.

You will see just a glimpse of the manipulation that is playing out.

At this time in our world you must understand, it is NOT about left or right, us or them, right or wrong.

It Is About You!

It is about you choosing you.
About choosing love.
About choosing compassion.
About choosing kindness.
About choosing grace.

If you are choosing a side over humanity, over your neighbour…
You my friend are Re Acting!

You are not loving yourself.
For if you were this would pain you.
In a sense it is, this is why you Re Act.

This very act of Re Acting is your Soul Screaming at you, to Look at it!

Look Within.

See (don’t turn away) see what is there. Look, at, it.
Feel (yes you’ve cracked a bit, it’s ok) really feel it, invite it to move, feel.

Now, the very thing you’ve seen, Show it (you) the Love YOU ache for.

That feeling you felt, Bestow upon it (you) the Love YOU so deeply crave.

In doing this you cut a string, you create a crack in the mirror.
Cracks are good, they allow in light.
The light allows you to see and feel so that your love may pour in.

What pours in then pours out,
Out into our world
Out into humanity
Out into your neighbour.

There is power in surrendering.

There is power in letting things unfold as they are, in accepting the reality of life, in allowing yourself to take deep breaths, in letting go of people who wish to leave, in appreciating all that you have, in being present in the moments that warm your heart, and in sitting in silence for a few minutes.

It’s liberating, and it’s enlightening.

Sometimes, the answer lies not in doing more and pushing forward but in simply Be ing.

Give yourself permission to flow along the currents of life and see where it leads you.

It’s exhausting to wake up every single day and repeat the same routine, doing things that bring little or no joy.

This may seem impossible. However we always have choice.

Perhaps when your soul feels heavy, you choose you.

You choose to do one small delicious thing for yourself, something that brings joy. It can be as simple as noticing the little things within your life that are beautiful.

This is how you gather the strength to take one step after another. Each step building upon the last, creating momentum.

This is where the power to surrender lies.

She’s opening her phoenix code.

That is because she’s ignited a sacred fire inside her that holds the fire of the sun. It’s burning to ashes all that is untrue in her life.

No one else but she herself can now shine the light to who she’s becoming. She’s always looked for mentors and idols to emulate. Not any more.

She’s evolving into a woman who is unique. No one in her world really fits the template for who she is becoming. Her path is singular, specially laid out for her. She’s realising that at this time she has to fall back on herself to mould, forge and craft her new self.

She did have heroines and heroes in her life, but the more she’s maturing, the more she’s acknowledging her own awesomeness. This is new for her, re-creating herself from her own example. Her work with ending the cycle of victimhood and coming into a deep honouring of herself, is birthing this new being. This time round, her imagination is powerfully by her side, showing her who she truly is.

She’s living in times of transition, and she’s excitedly stepping into this unfamiliar journey that is beyond standards, beyond regular & normal. Even beyond ideal. If she needs a teacher or mentor now, she’s choosing the one who will teach her how to tend her own sacred fire.

The key to owning all of herself, is to be her own source.

She’s remembering the art of reincarnating in the same body.

The more she stands in her own singularity, the better she fits into her world.

Ayrton “ I was looking for a place to sit, kept being drawn to this corner, the energy, your energy, “Are you a medicine woman, a powerful medicine woman?”
Me (without skipping a beat) “Yes I Am”
And delicious conversation ensued, as Ayrton’s energy equaled mine. Co creation of retreat/s in the making.

Stop saying, “I’m fine” Everytime you say it, what you’re really saying is, “I’m afraid to speak my heaviest truths.”

It’s ok not to be fine. It’s ok to be honest. It’s ok to let the walls come down.

Losing touch with who you were, can lead to discovering who you truly are. It’s often in the moments you notice the least, that the pieces fall into place.

The unknown is intimidating, yet it offers a chance to redefine what possibility means.

Losing yourself is a process of peeling back the layers you hid away, and facing them, because that’s where the key to growth lies.

This has been my week. Peeling back a multitude of layers, diving deep into the shadows, and now stepping up, shaking, and speaking my truth. This is how I love myself.

And now I leap headfirst into the heaviest truths of who I am, no turning back.

I Chose Me!

I arrived here by being open. Open to my shadows. Open to all the pieces of me that scared the s**t out of me. The pieces I struggled with admitting to myself, let alone you.

Some of my shadows; fear, doubt, people pleasing, guilt, shame, unworthiness…the list was long.

I did all the things, affirmations, visualization, course, after course, after course and more.

Now these tools were a good start, however they bypass the truth and continue to rob you of your joy, the greatest, highest version of you. Honestly all they do is blow hot air up your skirt providing a temporary fix.

To truly step into your joy and highest version of you, You Have To Dig Deeper, You Have to Do the Hard Stuff. You must peel back the blinders you are hiding behind, and SEE YOURSELF, ALL OF YOU, ACCEPT ALL OF YOU, FORGIVE YOUSELF, and RELEASE.

It’s not near as scary as we have been programmed to believe.

What does it look like?

It begins with you drawing a line in the sand, and Choosing You! You choose to love yourself home, to remember your Divinity, and nothing is out of bounds, you open and welcome it all!

You feel it, all of it, no hiding, no holding back. The energy then begins to shift, and then it begins to move. And you go again, and again, and again…

As you continue to deeply dive inwards, life is no longer black and white or grey. You now look through a lens that is so fu***ng vibrant, brilliant and bright you need shades!

This is a nutshell version of what I have done, and continue to do, to live my richest abundant, joyful, pleasure filled life!
