Autumn is throughly in the air and many of us will be feeling the subtle changes within ourselves too. Just like the seasons we are also cyclical beings and shifts in our environment, particularly the transitions into colder months, can have a real affect on our bodies. Colder damper weather can cause niggles, aches and pains and shorter darker days can play with our natural rhythms, energy and general sense of body, mind and spirit.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle yet potent bodywork therapy, with its roots in the field of osteopathy, that works on supporting our natural propensity to self regulate and move towards states of health and homeostasis. I will be offering discounted initial session throughout November for those that would like to explore this work or simply give their body a little TLC or boost in vitality as we transition into Autumn & Winter. A lovely afternoon in Clevedon at The Hawthorns Wellness Week with fellow practitioners from Iwood Health. I will be back on Wednesday 18th at 11:00am talking all things craniosacral therapy, the importance of touch for wellbeing and also offering a little movement to get us feeling embodied and connected. Open to Hawthorns residents and Clevedon locals.
