Jot it down!
1. Eat, The quantity you can utilise.
2. Work for financial independence, not to spoil your freedom from your "self".
3. Move and Be active.
4. Sleep for 1.5 hrs × 4 = 6 hrs( Complete atleast 4 sleep cycles)
5. Me-time is important to revive back.
P.S: I'm not asking you to do this everyday , every minute.
Just try!
Remember!
Nothing comes in one day.
Everything becomes one day.
