Interrupting my to share my oracle card spread for 2022 that I did last night.
A card for each month and an overall card for the whole year.
Love all the cards that I pulled, lots of positivity in there and all very relatable to me right now.
Cards used are the Guided Affirmation Cards by which are my favourite deck at the moment.

Closed for the holidays!
I'm taking a bit of time off and will be back mid Jan to get ready for an EPIC 2022! I will be offline during this time also

A little ceremony this morning to ground and centre myself after a long weekend away in Melbourne catching up with friends. It was weird being around so many people!!!
I drank more alcoholic drinks than I have in a very long time so this week will be all about hydration and nourishment!

I have been pondering on this today and felt called to share it.
I have been thinking about what it was like when my kids were really little and how I always wanted to live slower and more mindfully with them but found it hard to implement due to being in survival mode from lack of sleep.

I've been asking myself would things be different now if I was able to involve them in the rituals from a young age. And the answer I received was "perhaps, but that does not matter".

It is not too late to start those daily rituals that I crave, to bring some mindfulness and connection into the daily routine and to include the kids in those rituals. They are still young (6&9), and they may even have a better understanding of it all now that they are older.

It does not matter when you start, I guess the most important thing is that you just start.

Thank you to for sharing some beautiful moments on her stories today which helped to cement this in my heart further.

Today is the last day of my introductory offer.
I would like to say a massive thank you to the beautiful souls that booked a reiki session with me in these last 2 weeks, it has been an absolute joy!
