The most common myth I hear about intuitive eating isâŚ
âIf I had permission to eat chips and cookies all the time, thatâs all Iâd eat!â
As you start out, youâll go through a stage where you do eat more of those foods, as you integrate them into your diet and nothing is âoff limitsâ.
But youâll also learn to listen to your bodyâs internal cues - and it will tell you some days âLETS GET A VEGETABLE IN HERE!â
Being an intuitive eater doesnât mean you canât choose foods that nourish your body, it just means you get to decide how frequently that happensâŚ
⌠based on your own body, not some bu****it arbitrary diet rules.
Take the stress and rigidity out of food, and youâre left with a much more delicious life!
