What is a Keto Diet?⁠
The main idea behind a keto diet is to shift your body's metabolism. Instead of burning mostly carbohydrates to obtain energy, your body will be switching to burning fats and ketones.⁠
In order to achieve this effect, you will need to change the proportion in your macronutrient intake. The typical keto macros ratio is 75% fats, 5% carbohydrates, and 20% protein.⁠

MEAT MUFFINS WITH EGG

Ingredients:
Ground beef 300 g
Egg 4 pcs
Sauce:
Medium tomato 1 pc
Grated cheese 20 g
Salt, pepper, favorite spices to taste

Ingredients:
300 g ground beef
4 egg
Sauce:
1 medium tomato
20 g grated cheese
Salt, pepper, favorite seasonings to taste

Preparation:
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, mix well. Form 4 balls.
Put the balls in muffin molds, make 4 meat tartlets (make a depression) and bake them in an oven preheated to 180C for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and place a teaspoon of tomato, cheese and seasoning sauce in the center of the meat tartlet.
Sauce: Chop the tomato in a blender and cook for 5 minutes, add grated cheese, salt and seasonings to taste.
Add an egg to each tartlet. Bake for 5-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.
In order not to overexpose the yolk, control the process.

CREAMY DESSERT WITH BERRIES

Ingredients:
100 g of your favorite berries
200 g cream cheese
200 g sour cream 25%
Sweetener to taste
50 g coconut flakes
Vanillin to taste

Preparation:
Wash and dry the berries, chop if necessary.
Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a container, add sweetener and vanillin, beat with unseromer.
Add the coconut flakes and stir gently with a spatula.
Then add the berries and stir again.
Spread the dessert over the bowls. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

If you are not a fan of mayo, this idea is for you!!⁣
I used my Healthy Caesar Dressing in place of mayo to make this simple chicken salad and it was AMAZING. I took some shredded chicken, chopped broccoli florets and sun-dried tomatoes and tossed them in the caesar dressing.⁣
This combination was SO good and packed a lot more flavor than just a standard mayo.⁣
