I am Italian🇮🇹, but this doesn’t mean that I cook all the time traditional Italian receipts or that I like to do so. 🍕🍝🍦And I do think many Italians don’t feel so stereotypical too💪…In these years, I discovered how rice (bulgur, quinoa…) salads are my favourite dishes to make and I have so much fun making them! 🤩🥗They are easy, light, energetic, healthy and help to consume food that would go bad in the fridge😅 they are creative and always unique in colours, tastes and shapes. 🎨➡️Who agrees with me?🙃

Never stop learning, in every language, to share the beauty you found with as many people as possible… September is coming, and so new classes, new experiences, new encounters. This year (but every year really), September month opens a new chapter in my life. And I am ready to fully throw myself into it. Is not that I am sure of myself or I already know everything, I actually feel like I’m always at the beginning of things, but is that I am in the path of “bringing the gaze inwards”, like I say in class, of listening deep my Self. All the wonderful and scary specificities of my Self. I feel in the path of Yoga and this releases all the expectations I put always on myself. I’m in the pathway, I’m walking already, that is all. I am looking forward this year to walk with new people in all the (finally!) “in presence” classes that are coming! Stay tuned!!!🙃😉💪. 🇮🇹 Non smettere mai di imparare, in ogni lingua, a condividere la bellezza che hai trovato con più persone possibili… Settembre sta arrivando, e così nuove lezioni, nuove esperienze, nuovi incontri. Quest'anno (ma ogni anno veramente), il mese di settembre apre un nuovo capitolo della mia vita. E sono pronta a buttarmici completamente dentro. Non è che sono sicura di me stesso o che so già tutto, in realtà mi sento sempre all'inizio delle cose, ma è che sono sulla via del “portare lo sguardo dentro”, come dico in classe, di ascoltare profondamente il mio Sé. Tutte le meravigliose e spaventose specificità del mio Sé. Mi sento nel percorso dello Yoga e questo rilascia tutte le aspettative che ripongo sempre su me stessa. Sono nel sentiero, sto già camminando, ecco tutto. Non vedo l'ora quest'anno di camminare con nuove persone in tutte le (finalmente!) classi “in presenza” che stanno arrivando! Rimanete sintonizzati!!!🙃😉💪
