The universe has heard us. ✊🏾
...don’t ever for any moment underestimate how powerful we are.

A reminder that it is okay to feel how you feel in response to the verdict today. For some of us it’s release, for some bus it brings up more pain and sorrow, for some of us we are overflowing with tears of joy or tears of sadness. Wherever you are, allow yourself to be present with yourself and to feel for this moment is huge in history. All my love and prayers for George Floyd and his family.

We are stopping the gaslighting (aka accusing blacks people of using “the race card” when they speak out about racism) and putting words to our experiences, setting boundaries, no longer being “tolerant” of inhumane treatment, and taking care of our mental health as a result of racism trauma.
