Hello creative community, it’s co-founding mother

We are so excited to offer our upcoming workshop series in Los Angeles, Living in Alignment with your Creative Life-Cycle
This workshop is the heart of The Living Artist, so I wanted to share how this work has forever changed my creative practice and my life

When I began my creative practice, I thought creativity was a serious matter and that I had to prove that mine was good
I thought I had to polish my raw emotions and make them “cool”
I was terrified to share the work that came vulnerably
I wanted to hide my heart

Even though I was putting out good work, my experience of the process was a tumultuous war within myself
It was grueling
There was no ease or joy
Witnessing my creations made me cringe
I felt any little criticism like a lightning bolt of shame
I was in constant judgment of what I made and embarrassed to share it

Through this work, I realized that living out of sync with my creativity was living out of sync with my own heart. My desire to hide my work was me rejecting my most truthful expression. The core of my creative turmoil was not being in loving relationship to myself.

Through this work, every pass through my unique Creative Life-Cycle has allowed me not only reveal more of myself but to accept more of myself
It has built deeper foundations of self-intimacy and self-trust in me
It has grown my faith in my own guidance, the voice of my heart
This frees me to love my expression, to love the creations that flow honestly from me
This changes the way I live my entire life

You are meant to be free to create whatever you want, however you want, in your full uniqueness, confidence, and joy
No matter how you feel in your creative life today, this is fully possible for you

This workshop series is a powerful pathway that will loosen the knots of your fears and lead you home to yourself
We hope you’ll come uncover all the beauty that already lies within you

We begin this 4-week workshop on June 6th
We will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-7pm at

We invite you to a free evening event where we will be teaching a portion of our workshop by candlelight– a peek into our powerfully transformative Summer Workshop Series, ‘Living in Alignment with your Creative Life-Cycle™ ‘ — so rich, so good.

A night of snacks, sips, and connecting with other conscious creators through experiences facilitated by our special guests–
