The first two pictures are of a diabetic wound on a heel that had not been attended to. You might wonder how something can get so bad and someone doesn’t notice it but when you have no feeling in your feet because there’s no blood supply because of your diabetes, these kinds of things go unnoticed sometimes. The final picture is just a few weeks later when the infection was gone.
