When you eat a meal, how intentional are you?
How mindful are you?

🛑Do you overeat, because you’re doing other things?
🛑Do you mindlessly eat foods that don’t support your health goals, then feel crappy after?
🛑Are you mindful of your body’s signals and when your full?
🛑Or do you eat fast and go from starving to stuffed in 5 minutes?

When you eat with INTENTION you will:
✨Start to choose foods that support your body’s health and vitality
✨Feel energized
✨Slow down and savor food
✨Feel like food is your friend not your enemy
✨Change your relationship with food
✨Eat mindfully and just enough
✨More easily able to progress towards your health and body goals
✨Improve your digestion
✨No longer over eat
✨Eat from a place of deep self-love, and feed yourself real nourishment
✨Observe how you’re speaking to yourself around food and body and create healthy supportive language
✨More confidence+self-esteem
✨More awareness around emotional eating habits

I guide my clients to discover what they’re craving, and help them reconnect with themselves INTENTIONALLY through an eating lifestyle.

I have 1 spot becoming available for 1:1 coaching. DM me for more information.

Sure, they may help you lose 20, 40, even 100 lbs QUICK…

But at what cost?

Not only will you be out on average $1000 a month…

But things like ‘Ozempic Face’ or ‘Ozempic Butt’ (it’s a real thing-Google it)…

Or hair loss happen often.

Why?

Because they keep the body in a starved state by not eating enough food.

Yes, it ‘works’ in the short term.
No, you can’t maintain it.

These drugs don’t magically melt away fat. They artificially make you lose your appetite, which leads you to not getting enough nutrients.

What people don’t know is you can mimic this ‘full’ feeling through balanced meals so your body is satiated AND is sustainable.

As a Nutrition Coach AND Hairstylist I’ve seen clients lose weight from taking these drugs…

And they also lose hair, lose skin radiance, lose youthfulness and look decades older than they are.

I’ve witnessed people quit taking these drugs (because they make you feel like 💩) and gain ALL the weight back, plus some…

Not to mention suffer from hair that won’t grow back, constipation, and feeling totally out of whack for YEARS.

I get how hard it is to lose weight. I’ve been there.

But the ‘get skinny quick’ tricks out there don’t really work in the long-term.

There’s a better way.

I believe your hunger cravings are cues + with proper nutrition and hormone balance you can naturally reach and keep YOUR ideal weight (yo-yo not included).

When you’re ready to learn how to eat for life, for health, and never diet again….

I’m here for you.

I have a few spots available for Mind-Body Eating Consultations, if you’d like to learn how to balance your body easily and naturally DM me to learn more.

It’s way more than how many calories your eating…

We dove into:
•Her nutrients during meals
•Her sleep (this effects hunger more than you think)
•Boundaries needed to be set at work
•And then we discussed her meal timing and discovered…..

She wasn’t making mealtime a priority throughout the day.

She was super busy, went from meeting to meeting and was trying to keep her boss happy by getting the things done.

She was saying YES to everyone, to ALL the things, which led her to feel….

😤Pissed off and resentful that her boss wasn’t validating her and she wasn’t getting her basic needs met at work like taking time for a lunch
🥱 Feeling over worked to the point where she just didn’t even care about her health and said “screw it” when it came to eating healthy
🤤And starving when 4pm rolled around, which led her blood sugar to be way out of whack and would interfere with her sleep.

Try to hold your breath for 90 seconds, your body will end up gasping for air.  It’s a reflex, and it’s supposed to happen.

It’s the same with food.

Feeling physically hungry is a cue from your body to eat until you are satisfied or full. It's a reflex, and it's supposed to happen. We needed to explore what was holding her back physically+mentally and we we created a plan…..

📅 Making herself honor her meal times by scheduling them into her calendar
🥘 Focus on balanced nutritious meals with adequate protein, carbs, and fats designed for her particular body type and goals

AND….
🙅🏻‍♀️ Setting boundaries with her boss and co-workers when it comes to meetings and taking breaks throughout the day.

Just making these small little tweaks have led her to start getting better sleep, squash the snacks at night, and feel more empowered around food as well as in the office.

It goes deeper then the diet.

If you are ready to gain some clarity around what might be keeping you stuck, discover ways to balance your personal mind-body eating behaviors, and learn a few strategies to implement into your everyday life, I have a few spots open for a Mind-Body Eating Consult for November.

I wasn’t always ‘healthy’.

Years back I used to indulge in wine most nights of the week, and in the past I could polish off a box of Wheat Thins or a sourdough loaf with butter in one sitting.

I’d feel frustrated. Go on a diet. Lose 30 pounds then gain back 70 or 40 or 20.

I was the definition of a yo-yo dieter.

I’ve learned the hard way that fast results fade just as fast.

In my work with clients + my own journey I’ve found long-lasting changes don’t happen overnight, but they’re sustainable.

I was reflecting on a few moments in my life where I decided to do things differently with food and my body:

🙅🏻‍♀️Food is important but so is looking at the big picture of sleep, eating routines, emotions, exercise, and seasonal cycles. When I did my body balanced and I could maintain weight loss.

🙅🏻‍♀️Give up alcohol. It wasn’t doing me any good mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Plus I had a breast biopsy (that was benign) that scared me into reflecting on my relationship with drinking.

🙅🏻‍♀️Stop dieting and instead eat mindfully. Diets are something to go on and off of. They’re temporary. Mindfulness is a practice you can do for a lifetime to help create healthy changes.

🙅🏻‍♀️Avoid ultra-processed foods. They’re garbage, plain and simple, and horrible for our health.

Now, the results I enjoy in my body…

🙌I feel strong mentally, physically, emotionally. I am much more resilient in different areas of my life.

🙌I’m not the perfect eater, but I stay consistent with healthy eating throughout the week, there is no such thing as falling on or off the health wagon or dieting anymore. I easily choose foods that improve my health rather that detract from it.

🙌Moving my body and challenging it by hiking mountains, skiing, strength training, and yoga- instead of considering how many calories I'm burning is way more fun!

These weren’t the results of drastic changes. They were the long-term consequences of tiny shifts that I stuck with consistently over time.

If these are the results that you desire, I have a few spots open for a mind body eating consultation for November.
