For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in helping people heal themselves and investigate the relationship between mind and body.

I have worked with many forms of holistic therapies over the years. I started my healing journey as a Classical Homeopath and now I consider myself a Holistic Homeopath as I have developed skills to regulate emotions and anchor sessions into the quantum field.

One of my specialties is EFT and looking at your own belief systems and knowing how to dismantle them by removing negative beliefs for more positive ones. This is something that has personally benefitted me in my life.

Today I gave a massage and my client had a lower back pain, and I was delighted to offer her this new technique that I’ve learnt specific to pain.

Acupuncture for pain

I used this point 5 superior in the forearm in order to treat a lower back pain.

The client relaxes for 45 minutes minimum 30 is good for full effect.
