I’M BACK BABY!!! 🎉

Super excited to be back teaching at Fitness First UK] Basingstoke…but this time it’s not spin classes, oh no!

Come and join me on Mondays 6.30-7.15pm for Olympic Weightlifting classes!
Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, advanced lifter, everyone is welcome!
I’ll be brushing up on your technique and giving you some tasty little complexes.

Then if that wasn’t enough…
Mondays 7:30-8:15pm come and sweat it out with me and give eXceed a go! This a ‘Hyrox’ style class, there’ll be some sled push, wall balls, lunges, squat…run/bike/row/ski…you name it! Your ultimate conditioning class!

TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE 2023

* ARE YOU LACKING MOTIVATION TO EXERCISE?

* DO YOU NOT LIKE WHAT YOU SEE IN THE MIRROR?

* ARE YOU STRUGGLING WITH WHAT TO EAT ON A DAILY BASIS?

If any answers to these questions is yes, then I want to work with you!

What is the transformation challenge?
Starting on Monday 9th January for 5 weeks, I want to kick start your 2023 and support you feeling better in your own skin.

By the end of the challenge I can guarantee you will feel stronger, fitter and all round healthier.

This transformation challenge is not only about weight loss.
It is personalised to YOU and YOUR goals.

What does the transformation challenge include?
* A 20 min consultation to find out what is holding you back and how I can guide you in the right direction.
* 1 PT session per week in my own private gym.
* Individualised workout plan with 3 workouts a week. (Equipment is not essential).
* Personalised calorie and protein target. As well as an activity goal target.
* A final 20 min consultation at the end of the 5 weeks to see the great progress you have made!

LOADS of positives from this event and a couple of things learnt but overall, I loved every, single second!

I have never felt so prepared for an event as I did for Hyrox. I trained my butt off for it with coming in strong with my program every week! 💪🏻

Hard work really did pay off! 🔥

Hands up if you’ve had a major WIN this Wednesday 🙌🏻👏🏻

Since working with on my running for hyrox it has come on leaps and bounds.

Today I did a 1km buy in, super happy and surprised with my time of 4:09.
I then did a load of wall balls, lunges, burpees, rowing and ski erg!
I finished my session with a buy out 1km run and SOMEHOW finished it in 3:54! 😱❤️

This is proof that hard work really does pay off, you may not PB every day, but keep chipping away at those goals and you’ll reap the rewards! 💪🏻

We get told to put on a brave face…but sometimes the bravest thing is to take the face off. 😌

Remember what you see on Instagram is not real life…They say a picture says a thousand words but you never really know what is going on behind the smile.

So, always be kind.
Remember to check in with your loved ones.
Having a bad day is okay.
Asking for help is strength.
