If you want to learn herbalism, learn about local medicine, learn how to identify, learn what parts of the plants to use and how to make medicine- this course is for YOU! This is a 10 month program meeting one weekend a month. (There may be a few extra days throughout the year.) You will be “in the field” with the plants and in the class/lab processing herbs and making medicine. This class is mainly in Kitsap & Mason counties (WA state) with a few field trips outside that area. Full price is $2500. Discounts & payment plans available. One 1/2 price scholarship available. My family moved a week ago from Seabeck to Union. Moving an apothecary is quite a task. Not one jar of medicine nor one spec of my apothecary goes in the moving truck. Many loads in the back of my truck, car and a friend’s car moved my apothecary. Well, I guess the shelving units did go in moving truck or trailer. My friend, .norrick and husband put my massive shelving units together!
A gracious, devoted, loving friend helped me unload my apothecary and today my students helped me unpack and start to organize.
It’s a long process. Everything is when you are mom first, homemaker, homeschooling mom, business owner working a couple long days a week, chauffeur, grocery shopper and more! I am so grateful for my friend, . I am so grateful for my students. I am so thankful for Fred and my hard working, unwavering husband. Thank you.

Wild Medicine class today was at the most sacred and special land to me in Washington state. Guillemot Cove in Seabeck. It has been my favorite forest, my favorite beach, my favorite view for many years. The logo for my business is the view from this land, looking at the Olympic mountains.

Today I had the opportunity to harvest Cottonwood buds from a downed tree. My almost 7 year old was such a great helper. My mama herbalist heart was and is so happy for that time. 🙏❤️
I will tincture some of the buds and twigs for respiratory issues and infuse some in oil for topical applications for skin issues and pain and muscle tightness.
