Sometimes we have to start again after an injury and it causes two emotions. One is that you can’t do what you could do before and must work back to that and beyond. Two that you have a renewed chance to explore your process and perfect it more. Overall it’s appreciating what you have now, not what you had before or your wishes for the future. I give gratitude to my body for keeping it together and giving me this 24 hours without pain or injury.
