🌱Healthy Meals That Keep You Full
If you are struggling to stay full during a weight loss phase, you might want to take a look at the meals you are eating.
Are your meals mainly highly processed foods with minimal nutrients?
Or are your meals loaded with protein and fiber (which help keep you full).
When it comes to weight loss, many people believe that you have to drown yourself in exercise and change your place of residency to the local gym in order to achieve results.
This is NOT the case.
Exercise is great. It helps us stay active and it helps us live longer. I'm all for it.
But when it comes to weight loss, it is SO IMPORTANT to get your diet and nutrition in check.
If you do not have your diet and nutrition in check, your weight loss efforts will fall flat!
Do not rely on cardio machines and burpees for weight loss.
Yes, exercising burns calories and it is great for you.
But watching what we eat and tracking our calorie intake can be beneficial part for weight loss if you don't get too anxious about it.
Also, your meals and the foods you eat do not have to be wicked complicated.
They can be super simple and easy to prepare.
Some of my favorite meals are easy to prepare and taste great too.
I don't overcomplicate it!
I like to have protein in my meals, and a source of carbohydrates as well. Usually sweet or white potatoes, rice, or oats. Also, I enjoy having a lot of veggies and fruits as well.
Protein source + carb source + veggies = a bomb meal that will help you reach your goals.
These 6 meals are just examples and they can be customized!
If you are struggling with weight loss, try these meals out. They are nutrient dense and they will help keep you full.
If you just eat fast food and random snacks throughout the day, you are going to be constantly hungry.
If you are constantly hungry, you are going to just start snacking and the calories will add up quickly!
