I made a big pot of tea yesterday as I was not feeling my best. I had quite a few of you guys inbox me the recipe. I’m not one to really follow a recipe…
I typically just mix as I go, but here you go.
2oranges
3 lemons
1 Whole Red onion
3 Garlic Bulbs
Mullen leaf
ashwagandha powder
Turmeric
Black Pepper
Thyme
Apple cider vinegar
I let it boil for 30 mins then turn down to a simmer for another 1 1/2hrs.
After it finishes cooling off, I strain and add a little honey for taste.
It’s strong, but it will cure whatever is ailing you!! lol
