Yaāll, listen up⦠some of you are out here treating coaching like a fckn buffet. Donāt get me wrong, girl loves a buffet. But if you take the parts you like, ignore the parts you donāt⦠then youāll probably come to me and wonder why your results are inconsistent?? š
Girl, I didnāt just pull your macro and calorie target out my ass okay? They are calculated around YOUR goal??? I donāt just w***y nilly hand out protein targets at random⦠š
YOUR training program? Is constructed specifically around YOUR body, limitations, experience and goals. So if I prescribe an exercise, itās for a REASON. I expect you to do itā¦.
YOUR habit focuses? Water, steps, sleep?? All built around the exact behaviours currently holding you back girl. š
I donāt assign macro targets, step counts, water goals, sleep targets, check-in forms etc. because I enjoy filling your app with tasks and torturing you??? They exist because the basics, the habits, the routine, are what create results. Now remember you probably came to me because what you were doing, got you into a place you didnāt want to be anymore, whether itās your body composition, whether itās injury, whether itās confidence⦠itās all still applicable!
And before anyone gets defensive⦠no one is expecting āperfectā (fk I hate that word). Missing a target occasionally is NORMAL. Life happens, we adjust, we work through it TOGETHER. Thatās literally the point of coaching gf???
But if weeks turn into months of not tracking, not communicating, not hitting protein, not doing steps, not prioritising sleep, not filling in check-ins, not asking questions, not applying feedbackā¦then at some point you have to accept that you are still choosing the same habits and lifestyle that got you stuck in the first place.
A coach cannot help someone who refuses to participate in the process. I canāt come and force feed you the macros, I canāt strong arm you into the gym, I can however chase you in my car and make you get those steps in? šš
The hard truth is that a lot of people donāt actually need a new plan. They need to stop negotiating with the one they already have. š¤š«³š¼
