In life, its the little moments of conscious meditation that create the abundant, positive and exciting shifts in our worlds. When we focus on small moments of gratitude, small moments of humble meditation and small moments of joy and happiness, we are communicating to the universe that what we have appreciate, and when we appreciate what we have, it multiplies. We have a 24/7 direct connection to the universe, and when we take time to appreciate the positive things in our reality, the universe cant help but to multiply those things for us.

Crystals are used for many different types of healing, from physical to spiritual and everything inbetween. Wearing of crystal jewelry is a very important part of many of our healing journeys, as crystals help us to maintain health of our energetic bodies. When we bring crystals into our auric field, we cleanse, recharge and amplify the energy centers (chakras) in the body, by doing so, we are able to positively affect our mental, physical and emotional health, as these are all linked to the spiritual energy that makes up the chakra system.

Crystals are amplifiers of energy, and when cut into specific tools with specific dimensions and angles, we are able to create tools such as this 18 side Vogel-cut Himalayan Quartz wand. This type of cut allows all the energy in the crystal to be perfectly focused at the point of the crystal, allowing for a very precious focus when clearing stagnant energies throughout the body. In reflexology practice as seen here, we can focus energy through the crystal on various reflex points on the hand and thus promote healing of that specific part of the body.
