Yoga Hike time 🌲🧘‍♀️

Join me for the final hike of Summer in the Sequoias.

We'll be hiking 3.5 miles roundtrip with breaks to enjoy the view on the way up. At the top we'll have a 45 minute yoga session with a beautiful view. We'll follow that with a watercolor and food break before heading back down.

This destination is 2 hours from Tulare. We will meet in Three Rivers to carpool/caravan up the last 1 hour & 20 mins to the trailhead.

Yoga Hike- River Exploration Edition 🤍

Perfect yoga class by the river with sounds of little waterfalls, bullfrogs, & cicadas. Gentle river breeze at all the right times.

Debut of my husband and I's handmade trail along the river. Watercolors using river water. Time to sit in peace. Swimming and sliding down river rock slides. Great time with great people!

I didn't have my camera for this one, so I didn't capture all the beautiful times, but the memories will stay close to my heart 🤍

Beautiful day in the forest🌲🌿

So grateful for this hiking, yogi community 🌞
We enjoyed a peaceful 75 minute yoga flow in the forest before hiking to this gorgeous waterfall.

Yoga hike time!

Join me next Saturday, June 22nd for a hike up to a beautiful waterfall in the sequoias.

This hike will be about 3.5 miles total. Up on the way there & down on the way back. You can look forward to beautiful river, trees, wildflowers, & waterfall.

We'll be meeting at 7:45am at the Starbucks in Farmersville to carpool & caravan up at 8am.

Travel time will be 1 hour 45 minutes each way. I estimate the hike, yoga, & creative time being from about 10-2pm. This should get us back in town by 4pm.

You will need to bring your own yoga mat, water, sun protection, snacks or light lunch, & a mixed media art journal. I will provide art supplies, but you are welcome to bring your favorite stuff if you'd like ☺️

Looking for a little fun & adventure?

Join me on a 3 mile hike in Kings Canyon on 5/25🥾

We'll hike to the viewpoint, have a yoga session amidst the trees, create with watercolors, & make our way back.

For this hike, we'll be meeting at Component Coffee in Visalia at 7:45 a.m. Carpool and caravan will be arranged here and will head out at 8:00 a.m.

Such a glorious day! 🌞

Cloudy, cool weather. Adventure with awesome humans. Bursts of colorful flowers throughout the walk. Big boulders. Rushing creek. Peaceful meadow nests. Yoga flow. Unique watercolors created by all.

✨Bring a mixed media notebook & your favorite writing utensil for our creative art journaling project 🎨🖌️

✨I'll provide art supplies & check my pictures above for a mixed media notebook I recommend 📒🖋️

Driving details:

-We'll meet at the Farmersville Starbucks at 8:45am to carpool/caravan to the trailhead.

-We'll be caravanning along North Fork Road in Three Rivers to the trailhead.

-The last 0.5 miles into the trailhead parking lot may be difficult for low vehicles. If you'd prefer you can park at the top & we'll drive you down to the trailhead.
