✨ BIRTHDAY POST ✨

To celebrate my 27th solar return and the 1 year anniversary of my business I am hosting a FREE event on 7/24 in Las Vegas at Desert Breeze Park. This is for the grown and sexy! I will be leading a beginner friendly yoga FLOW. This is great for solos or couples and there will be “adult friendly” water games after class to cool us down.

🌿 Backyard gardening has become my new jam! I always remember being outside and gardening with my family as a kid growing up in Ohio. Food gardening is something totally new to me.

🌿 I graduated from culinary school back in 2012 and hit the ground running working in various restaurants, and bakeries. But as my health journey began, my eating habits and long term visions for myself changed.

🌿 I’ve seen first hand how beneficial just having a small backyard garden can be to a family. My goal is to help educate and facilitate as many gardens in urban and low-income neighborhoods, where it’s truly needed.

🌿 Growing your own fresh and organic produce is the best form of taking your health into your hands. I can’t wait to have a little garden to call my own.

Today marks the first day of my 200YTT and y’all I’m as excited as I was my first yoga class. I’ve been practicing now for about 7yrs in/out of studios, various different styles.

I’m just so grateful to finally be able to take the next step in my journey and be able to teach others as well. So look out, I’ll be hosting retreats and workshops soon as I get the green light. 🚦🏃🏾‍♀️
