Uji has been on my mind since I started collecting ideas for ILÉM. It’s where the matcha in our Uji Matcha-Infused Olive Oil is grown and I wanted to understand what that place actually feels like personally. There’s a stillness there that I always love. It makes you slow down naturally.

Making this with the extraordinary creatives we know in Japan, people who carry that place in how they work made the story so much more special.
