A beautiful belly birth with Dr. A . The C section experience at Memorial hospital with Full Circle is very peaceful and calm. Delayed cord clamping, dim lights, music, essential oils on cotton balls if you want and provide them and skin to skin in the OR are standard with a healthy baby and mama. Sometimes things don’t go as planned and this makes it so much better.

Great recipe for those of you trying to get your dates in!

For all the 37+ week mamas trying to get in their dates... I love this recipe. Also great for birth snacks and postpartum breastfeeding snack. I store in the freezer.

Throw all ingredients in the food processor until well blended and easy to roll into balls.

Every year I continue to learn from each birth with the hopes of making me a better doula and support for my mamas. Big things to come in 2024 and I can’t wait for what is to come.
